CHANGE MEANS SACRIFICE
By Albert Clayton Gaulden - December 22, 2009
In the last few months I have been aware how authentic our President Barack Obama is. As he enters his second year he is putting a lot of us on notice that change is going to take sacrifice from all of us. It amazed me that there was so much negativity toward him around the deficit when he inherited the worst situation the country has been in since the Great Depression. What inspires me to write in support of Obama is that he seems to have broad shoulders with a statesman's resolve: the country will survive to thrive if each of us does our part. When he received the Nobel Peace Prize I was proud of him and the committee for selecting him. My prayer is that he will show the same resolve concerning Global Warming. If there is potential for Apocalypse it is around how we have damaged the earth. I love Barack Obama a lot.
